Somatic Singing is a gentle, mind–body singing class that uses breathwork, vocal exploration, and grounded singing techniques to help you release tension and connect with your emotions. Through guided exercises from a licensed mental health expert and supportive practice, you’ll learn how to use your voice as a tool for stress relief, emotional processing, and overall mental well-being. It's perfect for anyone seeking a calming, creative way to care for themselves!
Join us for all four weeks or drop in for a one-time class! All are welcome. No prior music or singing experience necessary.
